Dear Graphic Concepts,

Just four short months ago, the Washington State Department of Retirement Systems (DRS) presented us with a formidable challenge: to write, design, print and distribute 15 different publications that describe the benefits of more than 200,000 public employees, and do it all by September 18.

Skeptics within the DRS thought it was an impossible task, but we did it, and Graphic Concepts deserves much of the credit. Your creativity, flexibility and responsiveness, not to mention your long hours, made it possible for us to complete the design and production on schedule. And DRS is thoroughly pleased with the results.
