WORKFORCE TRAINING AND EDUCATION BOARD/STATE OF WASHINGTON

Graphic Concepts worked with Towers, Perrin Forster & Crosby Benefits Management Group (TPF&C) to produce a series of materials that included a 72-page High Skills, High Wages: Washington's Comprehensive Plan handbook as well as this 16-page Executive Summary for the Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board of Washington State.

Graphic Concepts also produced a fifteen-part handbook series for Washington State Retirement Systems (see Recommendations.)
